ONU (Optical Network Unit) – Free with connection
Minimum commitment period of 12 months. Disconnection is not allowed during the minimum hire period of 12 (Twelve) Months from the date of connection.
ONU will be considered as lease to the client for 1 year, after which it will become their property. However , if the client disconnects our service before completion of 1 year, they will have to surrender the ONU to the company.
* Free Fiber: 80 (Eighty) meters will be free. Post 80 m, extra fiber will be charged as per the existing rates (₹15 per meter).
*Plan Change: Plan downgrade is not allowed for the period of 6(Six) months; client can only upgrade plan.
*18% GST applicable on all charges. *Charges to be paid within 24 hours after installation is provided. *All charges are Non-Refundable.
