I. Change Plan

Are you an existing user & need to change your plan?
Login to your Account Portal to apply for available other plans.
Or you may mail us at [email protected] mentioning your Username, Contact number, Current Tariff Plan, and the new desired Plan.

Upgradation charges for existing subscribers :

  1. 60 Mbps upto 75 Mbps Plan – . 1999/-
  2. 100 Mbps Plan – 2599/-

II. Shifting Connection

Please mail us at [email protected] mentioning the subject as : Request for shifting of Connection.
Please provide Username, Contact number and the new address you wish to change your connection.
Address proof in the name of the registered subscriber is mandatory and can be sent as an attachment.
Or you may drop in at our office for the same.

Terms:
  1. The connection will be shifted to the new address only after checking the feasibility for that connection.
  2. Shifting charge is 500.

III. Temporary Connection

Please mail us at [email protected] from your registered email id mentioning the subject as : Request for Temporary disconnection .
Please include Username and the dates required for TD. Or you may drop in at our office for the same.

Terms:
  • TD will be applicable only for two months in a year.

III. Change of Customer Name

Please mail us at [email protected] from your registered email id mentioning the subject as : Request for change of customer name .
Please include the username and the required documents as attachments.
Or you may drop in at our office for the same.

  • Documents Required: 1. ID proof 2. Address Proof 3. Passport size photo of the new subscriber
