IV. Self Purchased Router – Installation Free- No Security Deposit
2. Terms & Conditions:
Security Deposit: NIL
Device Warranty Applicable for I, II, III plans: 1 Year
ONU (Optical Network Unit) – Free with connection
Minimum commitment period of 12 months. Disconnection is not allowed during the minimum hire period of 12 (Twelve) Months from the date of connection.
ONU will be considered as lease to the client for 1 year, after which it will become their property. However , if the client disconnects our service before completion of 1 year, they will have to surrender the ONU to the company.
* Free Fiber: 80 (Eighty) meters will be free. Post 80 m, extra fiber will be charged as per the existing rates (₹15 per meter).
*Plan Change: Plan downgrade is not allowed for the period of 6(Six) months; client can only upgrade plan.
*18% GST applicable on all charges.
*Charges to be paid within 24 hours after installation is provided.
*All charges are Non-Refundable.
* A late fee of ₹50 is charged for non-payment of bill after 15th of every month. Additional ₹50 is again charged for non-payment after 20th of the month.
*FUP= Fair Usage Policy speed applies. *1 TB = 1024 GB
3. Terms & Abbreviations Used:
FUP = Fair Usage Policy speed applies. This is the decreased speed after the prescribed high speed is consumed on a monthly basis.
FTA = Free to Air Channels.
TB = Terabyte. 1 TB = 1024 GB (Gigabyte)
*Unlimited Data denotes 3.3 TB of High speed as per your plan after which your plan Fair Usage Policy (FUP) speed applies.
