Job Description
An ISP technician installs or maintains Internet and allied services delivered to a client’s home or business. It is most common for these technicians to perform on-site installation and repairs, travelling to client residences or commercial locations.
They resolve issues promptly by logging into switches and by following instructions from the networks operation centre (NOC) or a senior engineer. These technicians need to see to it that network standards and processes are developed and applied. They will have to submit regular reports to their reporting heads on empty ports.

- Thorough understanding of wireless networking and general IT functions
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and collaborative skills

- Strong documentation skills
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Should know to ride a two- wheeler and possess a valid Driving License
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Nagamese
Education
Associate Degree (ITI) or B. E. (Electronics/ Computer Science/ Information Technology)
Certification
CCNA/ CCNP/ MCSE
Experience
A proven track record, and relevant experience such as a previous role as an IT support technician or IT Associate in a telecom company; desirably an experience holder of 1 year of experience
