1. ASSOCIATE FIBER INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic educational qualification.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (Mandatory).
- Ability to drive a scooty (essential for the role-Mandatory)
- Physically fit to climb poles, lift equipment, and work at heights.
- Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Freshers or experienced candidates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pull and tie fiber optic cables during installations.
- Install, splice, and test fiber optic cables.
- Climb poles and work at heights in various outdoor conditions.
- Collaborate with teams to complete installations and resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers during installations.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles (2-wheeler).
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
